For the past 25 years, I have been the co-owner, founder, CEO, and President of The Sand Creek Group LTD, a highly successful international behavioral healthcare corporation. In 2019, I sold this business to pursue new dreams, including an independent, spiritually inclusive coaching and consulting company called Dreams Come True. Over my corporate career, I have also served more than 1000 organizations and businesses, including:
§ Major League Baseball § Four Presidential Administrations of the Executive Office of the President of the United States § The US Department of Agriculture § The US Department of the Interior § The US Department of Veterans Affairs § Many Counties, Cities, School Districts, Labor Unions, Healthcare Organizations, & Fortune 500 Companies Currently, I co-own two businesses not mentioned previously: Stein and Sirotiak LLC, a real estate investment organization, and 2 MT Suitcases LLC. 2 MT Suitcases is a micro business owned by two women who travel the world with empty suitcases that we fill with gift items, home décor, clothing, jewelry, bags, and purses made by women in their homes who are supporting their families. These women artists are often indigenous and create one-of-a-kind items representative of their cultures. We purchase these unique items and bring them back to Minnesota for resale. 2 MT Suitcases embodies the mission that "when women support each other, incredible things happen."
